Since 1982, RDR have been specialize in the manufacture of Heating Elements and Heating Elements Assemblies applicable on many types of industrial furnaces, winning a wide range of customers in the areas of heat treatment, foundry, ceramics, and glass industry.

RESISTANCE PROJECTS
RDR develops complete projects of electrical resistance for furnace.

CERAMIC PIECES
RDR has a large stock of dielectric ceramics used in contact with resistor wires such as: flat ceramic tubes, flanged ceramic tubes, threaded ceramic tubes, ceramic skewers for wire, high quality ceramic skewers for strips, resistance tube holders, resistance holders, channels boards.

WIRES AND RIBBONS FOR RESISTANCES
RDR works with international standard raw materials and has their own drawing wire operation and lamination and can manufacture wires in the most diverse diameters and strips according to the specification.

The international standard wires and strips alloys are austenitic alloys Nickel Chromium NiCr 80/20, and NiCr35/20; and Iron Chromium Aluminum 25/5 ferritic alloys (FeCrAl 25% Cr and 5% Al).

RIBBONS HEATING ELEMENTS
Used on walls, ceilings, and furnace thresholds with brick masonry or ceramic fiber masonry.
We can manufacture NiCr 80/20 strip heating elements; wire heating elements NiCr80/20; wire heating elements NiCr35/20.

BAYONET HEATING ELEMENTS
Manufactured with spiral or straight wires or ribbons, for work with or without the use of radiant tubes. Applications: Quench and tempering furnace heating elements, heating elements for holding furnaces, heating elements for continuous furnaces, heating elements for salt bath furnaces, heating elements for heat treatment furnaces in general.

HEATING ELEMENTS WITHOUT RADIANT TUBE (DIRETEX)
For use in tempering furnaces without radiant tubes.
These heating elements have been specially designed and produced with materials that is do not attacked by the furnace atmosphere that is composed of free carbon and nitrogen.

SPIRAL WIRE HEATING ELEMENTS
Spiral wire heating elements can be use inside channeled ceramic tiles or tied to special insulating ceramic supports.

HEATING ELEMENTS ASSEMBLIES

For applications in furnace or oven with forced air passage.
